This residential building at Anna Nagar was built in 2013 for Mrs Lima, comprising an area of 4600 sqft. An open plan was conceived with the idea of developing four individual 3BHK housing units. All the rooms opened directly into the dining room thereby eliminating any unnecessary circulating spaces. The orientation of the main entry and the position of the kitchen were determined by the basis of traditional Vaastu. All units have separate balconies for all bedrooms including Dining, which opens into the Front facade. There were similar space requirements for all the owners belonging to the same background and the community, gave rise to similar house plans. The units are interconnected through the central staircase areas. The upper floor overhangs parallel to the plotline providing shade to the entrance. All woodworks are done in teakwood with clear Matt polish.
