This residential building was built in 2015 for Mr. Dinesh comprising an area of 1950 sqft. The site is located near the Palar riverbed. Our ideas on Aesthetics, Environment and preferred ways of living resulted from a unique physical environment. One which integrates the natural and the man made into a responsive whole. The process of construction was itself was unconventional being more in nature. Front balconies and large windows facing the river gave prominent views. The building consists of four bedrooms opening into a central double-height atrium. The interior spaces are further accentuated to the presence of pebble bed court. The bedroom wardrobes were projected out of the building that resulted in a box kind of element in elevation. Maximum day-lighting is achieved through the help of atrium and large windows. All woodworks are done in teakwood with clear Matt polish.
