This residence at Madipakkam was built in 2018 for Mr.Harish Panduranga Rao. It was designed with experimental approach having four-bedrooms, large living dining, pooja and kitchen with interiors perfectly set in to match the client's need and taste. The house is oriented north east - south west to catch the supposedly prevailing breezes. On the south-west, there is a garden which perfectly matches with the brick fires in the elevation. The experimentation in the building done covers various aspects of architecture and includes building materials which are eco-friendly and climate response which integrates well with the natural surroundings. Perfect geometrical styles were incorporated in the exteriors that blend with the landscape around the building. Light place an important role in the building. Rainwater harvesting has been done in the building for better well recharge.
