This residential building at Urapakkam was built in 2016 for Mr.Dhanraj Robert. This site was very narrow facing east-west and had a beautiful view of the thick vegetation near the forest limits. The client's requirement was to accommodate five 2BHK apartments in the Plot. The sequence of the entrance porch and the lower apartments were built to accentuate the horizontal and the vertical access leading to the upper terrace becoming a part of the living space. A single unit contains living, dining, kitchen and balconies overlooking the forest and the predominant views. The orientation of the main entry and the position of the kitchen were determined on the basis of traditional vasthu.
